Originally, lighting in the restaurant on Lansdowne Street in Peterborough (Ontario), was of PL lamps and middle high lights. It was so dark, children couldn’t see where they were playing!
STANDARD offered a full relamping solution for both the inside and the outside of this restaurant facility. Inside the restaurant, STANDARD replaced the traditional fluorescent lamps with its LED T8 lamps. The STANDARD technicians then added light to the playroom by installing a 60 watts wall pack. Outside the building, technicians also lit up the parking lot with LED flood lights and 80 wall pack LEDs.
We can’t believe the difference. There’s no buzzing sound from the fluorescents, and the light is very clear and crisp! – say the employees.
The owner is so happy with the rebate and the energy savings that all his 6 other McDonald’s locations will be relamped.
